Maitserännakud and the Wittenstein Activity Museum invite you to a 5-course Baltic German dinner. The sommelier matches the wines and drinks with each course. In addition, we will tell a great food story about the eating habits of the era and Baltic German cuisine. The selected dishes are authentic to the era.
The menu is as follows:
1st course / pastry filled with wild duck pate
2nd course / seal with rye bread, horseradish and gherkins
3rd course / whole baked carp stuffed with citrus raisin-nut rice in cherry-balsamic vinegar sauce
4th course / wild boar with dark beer, grits, vegetables, herbs and plum fried cabbage
5th course / bubert with rhubarb casserole
Dinner with wines and drinks costs €75.
NB! Participation in the dinner requires pre-registration.
