Ingrian Finnish Song and Dance Celebration Comes to Paide Vallimägi

On 13 June 2026, Paide Vallimägi will host the XXXIV Ingrian Finnish Song and Dance Celebration — a festive day filled with music, dance, heritage and community spirit.

The celebration begins at 14:30 with a church service at Paide Holy Cross Church. At 15:30, a procession will lead participants and guests to Paide Vallimägi, where the main song and dance celebration concert starts at 16:00.

After the concert, the festivities continue with a traditional dance evening. Music for dancing will be performed by the Paide Town Orchestra together with soloist Alen Veziko.

Visitors can also enjoy cafés at Paide Vallimägi, and everyone interested is welcome to step into the Time Machine at Wittenstein Time Centre.

The event is free of charge and open to everyone.

The celebration is organised by the Järvamaa Ingrian Finnish Cultural Society and the Estonian Ingrian Finnish Association.
